Refund Request
To request a refund, please submit your request through the designated refund request form below. When submitting the form, make sure to include your Registration Confirmation Number (#), the reason for your refund request, and your full name and contact information. Refunds will not be granted after the registration deadline. If your refund is approved, it will incur the following fees: $50.00 for individual registrations and $250.00 for team registrations. Additionally, refunds will not be issued once basketball teams have been chosen. If your refund request is approved, you will receive a check by mail or a refund to your original payment method, minus the applicable fees. Refund checks generally take 3 to 5 weeks to process, and refunds to original payment methods will take the same amount of time. Refunds will not be issued before registration closes. After submitting the refund request form, please wait until after registration closes to confirm receipt. Once your refund is processed, you will receive an automated email confirming the refund.
