๐ TEAM ROSTERS
How to Submit a Roster:
- Online:
- Teams can submit their roster online with no minimum number of players during registration or after registration to rosters@hyba.org.
- There is no minimum number of players required to register.
- Maximum: 10 players
- If your team has more than 10 players, the coach must mail the additional player names and email addresses to:
H.Y.B.A., Inc. Attn: Additional Roster Information Enclosed P.O. Box 361 Ellicott City, MD 21041This additional information must be received at least one week before the season starts.
- Offline (By Mail):
If you are not registering online, the entire roster must be mailed, including each player’s name and email address, to:H.Y.B.A., Inc. Attn: Team Roster Enclosed P.O. Box 361 Ellicott City, MD 21041The roster must also arrive at least one week before the season begins.
๐ UNIFORMS
- Travel Teams are responsible for providing and wearing their own uniforms before the start of the season.
๐ FORMING A TEAM
- A team must have at least 5 players to register.
- If your team has fewer than 5 players, additional players may be assigned from general registration in the same grade division.
To guarantee placement in a league, teams must be registered before the deadlines:
- Spring Season Deadline: March 1
- Fall Season Deadline: August 15
๐ LEAGUE PLACEMENT
- Teams are placed in a league based on the oldest player on the roster.
- Example: If a team has all 9th graders and one 10th grader, the team will be placed in the 10th grade division.
- Travel Teams will play in separate travel-only leagues.
๐จโ๐ซ COACHING REQUIREMENTS
- All Head Coaches must be at least 21 years old before the season starts.
- At least one coach per team present at every game must also be 21 or older at the start of the season.
